1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

  • Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3-7 business days, shipping cost varies based on location.
  • Express Delivery (Pakistan): 1-3 business days, additional charges may apply.
  • International Shipping: Not available at the moment.

3. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes) are beyond our control.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact info@calzado.pk immediately.
  • We will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution accordingly.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • For address changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
