Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
- Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3-7 business days, shipping cost varies based on location.
- Express Delivery (Pakistan): 1-3 business days, additional charges may apply.
- International Shipping: Not available at the moment.
3. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
4. Shipping Partners
- We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes) are beyond our control.
5. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact info@calzado.pk immediately.
- We will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution accordingly.
7. Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- For address changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
