  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Sale items, promotional offers, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit, based on customer preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
